How We Collaborate
How We Collaborate
IWI maximises synergies with humanitarian responders, specialised analytical organizations, academic
institutions, the private sector, and civil society, encouraging them to implement a collaborative approach.
With Honesty
and Creativity
We use our organization’s convening power, both physically and virtually, to bring analysts
together for the co-creation of knowledge, new platforms, consortiums, or simply space for
collaboration.
Can We Partner
With You?
Like-minded organizations can engage with us to share resources or data while cooperating
towards mutual interests for the sector. Types of partnerships can include technical, crisis-
specific, thematic, global, and strategic collaborations. IWI works to ensure that all collaborations
maintain the integrity of our independence and value -added.
The IWI recognise the pivotal role of collaboration and partnership in achieving its objectives. As
such, The IWI will actively seek strategic alliances with the United Nations, relevant IGOs, NGOs,
governments, and other stakeholders committed to advancing gender equality and combating
GBV. These partnerships will enable The IWI to leverage resources, expertise, and networks to
amplify its impact and extend its reach.
IWI’s work is a public good for the humanitarian sector and requires support from the donor
community. We maintain a diverse set of donors to guarantee that we are not influenced by any
specific agenda.
